Can´t open MXBIKES

Hello Guys,
I have a Problem with Steam/MXBIKES. The last weeks i were not able to open Mxbikes on Steam. Every Time i try to open it, i get a application load error called "application load error 3:0000065432". I searched up the entire internet to find a solution for that problem and tried everything out, but nothing helped. i already reinstalled the game and reinstalled fckin STEAM but also that didnt helped. So i ask you guys if somebody of you knows how i can fix that or if someone already had the same problem and knows how to fix it.

EDIT: i know it´s not the mxbikes-forum. But i thought it would be possible someone here is able to help me.
