key already used?

Hey everyone!
I am a completely new guy to all of this, have been trying like crazy now that i purchased world racing series (which comes with GP bikes), but cannot seem, for the life of me, to register online.

just keeps telling me my "key is already in use". So i go and try to race online but get the "invalid please register"

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! This sim is unbelievable

Hello Iceman this is an often asked question and is usually due to the incorrect nickname being used however there are also other reasons.

Please read this http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=834.0 and send an email to support with the required information if you still have problems. Think very carefully about what name you are using both in game and in registering. It must be the main name not any of your sub-profiles.

Also do some forum searches (see list at top and top right) for terms such as "invalid logon", "key already in use" etc and you will see how other people resolved it.
