why dont make it a ghost like 3-5 seconds after respawn.?

For a relatively quick fix this would be a very good idea - Like you say, make the bike a ghost for just 3 - 5 secs after respawn just to give the fallen rider a chance to respawn and get going again without causing problems for other riders. 
It would've been better to have done this than to have gone back to the same respawn routine that we all complained about in pre beta6(I think it was?).

These other ideas are discussed to death here which leads to here and ultimately here and most recently this one as all that discussed before has not been implemented. Feel free to bump those threads up with new ideas but it would probably be worth reading them first.

And that's just a few of the ideas being discussed since B6c.
