Try This:

When you exit the game, goto your PiBoSo profile folder, (The one with you name in it):
EXAMPLE:
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\---------\Eigene Dateien\PiBoSo\GP Bikes\profiles\Docfumi


Open the profile.config and find:

[info]
paint= <----------------->  (DELETE THE PAINT LINE)

Make sure it is blank before you restart the game.

Thanks docfumi for the workaround. However, this should not happen. It's a valid bug.
