Win 10 Update that Screwed Your FPS Rates?

Here is the update in question: Update KB3176938

Uninstall that update and you should be back to normal FPS rates for your system.

Note: Do this at your own risk. I accept no responsibility if you screw your system up.   :P

I dont have this update but it was around July this started after an update so will experiment before I start the servers

FUCKING TYPICAL!!! Windows wont let me uninstall any updates!!!

if you don't have the best edition, it won't let anyone uninstall it

Windows 10 is a fucking piece of shit. I rolled back to 8.1 two weeks ago and haven't looked back.

Happily on 7 but i have noticed that the latest no choice forced update to the 'Windows Update 10' model appears to have included a lot of systems policy enforcement with regard to file permissions.  :(

i disabled updates for windows 7 as soon as i installed it, i have no problems at all
Still riding a 50cc, but enjoying it :)

i use it only to play, i have another one to surf internet and common things :D
