Croix En Ternois V1.1 UPDATE!

This track is a conversion from Assetto Corsa.
The original builder: pseudo (his forum: http://www.assetto-fr.tk/)

This is the first track I made, so also the first one I converted. Due to my lack of skills in 3DS Max is this not the most appealing track nor has it the best trp file. I made a few changes to the track to update it to it's 2020 state, as far as my 3DS skills let me ofc. There are a few self-made objects (again not the most appealing but they are ok for a beginner).

The reason I made this track is because I rode it a few times irl and wanted to ride on it in GPB.

Croix En Ternois is a small track in the north of France, good to start learing track riding but still hard to master.
The track has some weird kerbs, they look all the same but feel different, I made this a thing in the game to. All the kerbs look exactly the same, but some are les aggressive than other like irl.

Issues:
- A few objects don't have great textures
- No trees yet
- Shadows need improvements
- No working lights
- No special wet textures
- TV cams not optimal
- Pit area not optimal

Congratulations, great work! You can make wet texture by assigning rain_puddles as specular color, change the map channel to another number that's different from the main asphalt texture (usually the main asphalt texture is in channel 1). Then make the UVW Map in planar, input the map channel number of the rain_puddles, you can adjust the width and length of the rain_puddles map. Don't forget to rename the map channel as the texture name, in this case, name it rain_puddles.

Regarding the working start and pit lights, you can check Track Creation Guide. You can just place it in the Max project.
