@Alby46: These torques are not usefull for GPBikes, as they are the tightening force needed for the screws.  ;D

What you want to map a specific motor, is a dyno sheet, like this one  ;)

Just google "dyno bike name" and you will find plenty of them.
Only need to map the value now.

My base for YZ450F (SM)

A first engine has been made, but need more work.

What issues do you have?
I plan to do a 600, so if we could share the problems encountered, it would ease the work. ;)

thank you, i'll look now for the rsv250 dyno :)

Don't know why i didn't about it before, but tourist trophy ( the ps2 game ) we know, it's an arcade game, but bike data should be taken from real bikes. I'll give it a look  tomorrow

For a 250 just double the torque figures for the msm 125 figures. A 250 twin is just two 125 cylinders :)

That may be more or less true for the power, but what about the engine mass ? What about the engine inertia ?
There are plenty of things that are accurately simulated in GPB ...

MaX.

a mono-cylinder 250 has almost the double of the power of a 125

yes but now he is making the engn file probably for the 125 chassis, others values are in others files, and many are very difficult to have, indeed impossible

That's the hard part of creating a new bike. For some parameters, even if the exact value is close to impossible to get, you can make an educated guess if you know how to do it.

But if you just take a 125 and double the power you don't get a 250: you get a 125 with the double of the power :)

cjmc78

That's true. I only wanted to do a quick test to see if it worked. Bike's a lot of fun

yes it is
he should also increase at least the inerzia, engine weight, bike weight and have a real torque curve because it's too easy double all parameters, sure the torque of a 250 is not double and also max rpm changes, but another difficult thing are the tyres, we dont' have a set for the 250 class...but anyway this is only the begining in modding GPB  ::)

Sorry to say that, but i donĀ“t think you will find some (of the RSV250 and the RSW250 aswell).
