Would be cool! Definetly something to go on the wishlist for future GPB things would be great for us racers when we can't race or feel like sitting out and would be great to show new people to get them into GPB

Actually, maybe a "separate" server wouldn't be required, in that surely all you'd have to do is allow more connections for those that wanted to spectate using their "Live Replay" function? Just depends if it would cause any lagging or instabilities or not? What do you think, Nick?  Maybe worth a test at some stage?

Sure! People are more than welcome to come and watch and not race I don't think it will affect the stability at all. We know sometimes watching the replay might cause a Core for the viewer if they switch views like a madman. And if you core during a race there is no way back of course.
The only known effect is that the riders on the grid will definitely have to wait the full 2 minutes before the lights sequence starts because the server is giving everyone 2 minutes to get to the track and this cannot be quickened unless everyone in the lobby is on the track. But so what its 2 minutes for the excitement to build and the concentration to rise while you review your start procedure and first corner plan?

I will try some live stream testing today. I have most of it set up just need to tune it and get it right.

I have not been able to do much with the Hs2 as I am really letting it harden before bolting it back together. I would end up riding on my own anyway lol.

EDIT: Well it seems I cause no problem streaming a live session in GPB, my ping stayed around 26-30. I have to set up audio to be only through my headphones to stop echo and such stuff.

Will test after Moto3 etc

Naturally the 2 min wait at the start is a pain if I do try and steam but if it is for the good of the sims future it is worth the wait I think. If you are against it please tell me.

I remember when Furious used to live stream the GPB Italia Championship events, it was GREAT! 

So for the benefits of a live stream event, it's no problem at all DD. 

Live stream promotion of GPB can only be good for everyone...... Go for it mate!

PS: I think Twitch automatically saves the live stream for later viewing by others, but just check into that so we competitors can watch the race live stream event afterwards. Your a STAR mate!

I am having problems only with quality now. Have all set to 1920x1080 but the quality of stream is much lower???

Using X-Split Broadcaster, I dont know dick about this stuff lol.

Oh I see... So your not doing it via Twitch(I know nothing about this sort of thing. Lol)? I presume X-Split Broadcaster allows you to broadcast live-stream to, say, YouTube without having to view the live stream on Twitch? Or do would-be spectators view it on Twitch too? Sorry mate, as I say I haven't a clue how this all works. Lol
