You can't please everyone and there will always be those that can't race on a certain day and time, so yeah, just set your time and day and lets do it. Those that can't make it then that's tuff, it's up to them to make time if they want to race...... The only exception to that would be if the majority wanted to change to a particular day and time, then you could make that change based on majority needs.
But for sure you'll never please everyone DD, as much as I know you'd love to help and please everyone as much as you can, but it don't work, it can't work..... So just let those few that say they can't ride at on that day or time reschedule for the benefit of the majority. That's life!
