if you have made a kml path you can use 3d route builder, otherwise you the views at the bottom, also the points' y-axis

Regarding 3D Route Builder and height elevations of ground data? Do you know the resolution that 3D Route Builder provides the height elevation data in via google? From my past experience with google height elevation data, it is too low a resolution to be really practical for high detailed environmental modelling were you would be active in a simulation at ground level. Would be quite okay for say a flight simulator while in the air, but for accurate airport, or in this case race track ground elevation data at ground level, the detail is quite sparse, approx 50 meter resolution I believe?

there is plugin for importing terrain directly in 3d max, West-Racing terrain

As Hawk_UK said Google height map is not realy helpful, so you need to find any GPS data, convert it to CSV format and build the track in BOB builder. 


and for snapshoting terrain I using SAS planet on this page downloading start automaticly after 10 seconds
wich allows download huge maps, including with painted path.

Converting? Which one? There is no good version of bugatti
